Before starting this company, he held the position of Environmental Services Supervisor in the UW-Hospital system for 6 years, after which assumed the role of Sanitation Department Supervisor at the Novonesis Probiotic Production Plant for another 6 years. Additionally, he has served as an ordained minister in the church Capitol City Sanctuary for the last 14 years.
